PURPOSE

To empower pastors and leaders to cultivate praying churches that inspire and sustain vibrant communities of prayer.

TIMELINE

  • Thursday Jan 15th, 2026 at 1pm on Zoom

  • Ending Thursday March 5th

  • Retreat Sunday March 8th-9th

FORMAT

  • Interactive Learning Cohort for lead pastors and prayer leaders, focusing on cultivating personal and communal prayer within churches.

  • Weekly Gatherings: Thursdays at 1 PM via Zoom, plus Office Hours for additional Q&A.

  • Content: Sessions with guest teachers, Q&A, best practices, and development of a customized prayer plan for each church.

RETREAT DETAILS

An in-person retreat at the Home of Peace will mark the culmination of the cohort, providing an opportunity for reflection, deeper learning, and networking.

Our Contributors

Our 8-week cohort features an incredible lineup of local leaders who are actively raising up the praying church of the Bay, along with guest speakers from outside the region. This rich curriculum is led by pastors who are both growing in prayer and leading in prayer.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Participants will gain practical skills to:

  • Foster a committed culture of prayer in their churches.

  • Lead regular prayer gatherings for church members.

  • Develop a prayer rhythm that enhances staff unity and alignment.

  • Guide church members in "planting prayer" in various spheres of life (home, work, school).

  • Access resources, receive training, and participate in a supportive cohort.

OUTCOMES

  • A comprehensive, customized prayer plan for each church

  • One-on-one coaching sessions for action plan development

  • Connections with other pastors and leaders across the Bay Area

  • Exposure to national guest speakers and prayer leaders
