Honour Knudsen

Honour loves Jesus and is willing to follow him anywhere he leads. This proved true when she left her 10+ year career in Law Enforcement as a police officer at the Lord's leading.

She caught the heart for prayer after attending the pioneer class of Dwelling Place School in 2025. It was during this time she felt Lord stir her passion for prayer to come alive in her home area of Marin and Sonoma County.

Honour is dedicated to seeing the Bay transformed through prayer and the love of Jesus. 

Mario Galvez

Mario has spent much of his life saying yes to God’s call to go and to pray. He served aboard a Christian ship ministry that carried Christian literature port to port across Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Africa, and South Africa, partnering with local churches to preach the gospel and interceding for the specific needs of every nation they visited.

That heart for intercession took him further still, joining an onsite prayer team in Cambodia as part of the “Praying for the 10/40 Window” campaign standing in prayer over some of the least-reached places on earth.

Along the way, Mario has also served in refugee resettlement work under the UNHCR, and spent years shaping young minds as a middle and high school biology teacher.

Through every season, one thread has remained constant: a deep, abiding call to the ministry of intercession. Now, Mario is stepping into a new chapter helping establish prayer rooms throughout the region, creating dedicated spaces where believers can gather to seek God’s presence and stand in the gap for their communities.

God once looked for someone to stand in the gap for the land, so it would not be destroyed but found no one. (Ezekiel 22:30)

When God asked who He could send, Mario’s answer echoes the same reply the prophet once gave: “Here am I. Send me.” (Isaiah 6:8)
